The 9th edition of the ELSA Moot Court Competition on World Trade Organization (EMC²) is launched!

The ELSA Moot Court Competition (EMC²) is a simulated hearing of the World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement system and is organised annually by The European Law Students' Association (ELSA) in cooperation with World Trade Organization and open to teams from around the globe.

Competitor teams represent both the Complainant and Respondent parties to The Case
by presenting oral submissions in front of a Panel. EMC² Panels consist of WTO Law experts.

Only one team per university can take part in the competition. The deadline for registration is 6^th December 2010. Teams from Poland will take part in Regional Round which will take place in March 2011. The best teams from all Selection Rounds will continue their participation in the Competition during the Final Oral Round in May 2011.
